Arena
Arena's primary purpose is to be a testbed implementation of the evolving HTML3 specification.

Secondary, we want to make a good GUI browser based on the the CERN common code library. The library provides a common platform which will ensure future compatibility on the web. Also, if you are a browser vendor, it will save you time.

Cello
Cello is a multipurpose Internet browser which allows access to the myriad information resources of the Internet. It supports WorldWideWeb, Gopher, FTP, CSO/ph/qi, and Usenet News retrievals natively, and other protocols (WAIS, Hytelnet, Telnet, and TN3270) through external clients and public gateways. It can be used to view hypermedia documents, including inlined images, text, and digital sounds and movies. Cello was developed by Thomas R. Bruce of the Legal Information Institute at Cornell Law School.
CERN-LineMode
The Line Mode Browser (www) is a character based World-Wide We Browser. It is developed for use on dumb terminals and as a test tool for the Common Code Library. It can be run in interactive mode, non-interactive mode and as a proxy client. In non-interactive mode it can be used as a powerful tool in CGI scripts for the HTTPD. Furthermore it gives a variety of possibilities for data format conversion, filtering etc. It is primarily intended as a test-tool for quick access to the Web or used in batch jobs.

DosLynx
DosLynx is a World-Wide Web browser for users of MS-DOS platforms. DosLynx includes it's TCP/IP stack and is able to access the Internet either directly via an Ethernet or TokenRing, or indirectly via a dial-in SLIP or PPP connection.

Emacs-w3
W3 is an Emacs subsystem that allows the user to browse the wonderful World Wide Web. Like most packages written for Emacs, it is covered by the GNU copyleft. The World Wide Web was started at the CERN physics institute in Switzerland in 1991. The project was initially started by Tim Berners-Lee (timbl@info.cern.ch) for distributing data between different research groups effectively.

Lynx is a fully featured World-Wide Web browser for users on both UNIX and VMS platforms who are connected to those systems via cursor-addressable, character-cell terminals or emulators. That includes VT100 terminals, and desktop-based software packages emulating VT100 terminals (e.g., Kermit, Procomm, etc.).
